3) In-Person Sessions: Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session
  • Less than 24 hours notice: may be charged 100% of the session fee
  • No-show: charged full fee
  • Late arrival: session may be shortened without refund

4) Digital Soundtracks: Refunds and Access

Digital products qualify for the 30-day guarantee. The company may refuse a refund for repeated refund requests, suspected abuse, or policy evasion.
